Order to Cash Ops Sr Manager

---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Order to Cash Ops Sr Manager WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: The Finance Operations Manager (OTC) is responsible for leading end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring efficient revenue cycle management, cash flow optimization, operational excellence, and superior customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Delivery & Operations Management • Lead and manage end-to-end OTC operations, including: • Order Management • Customer Master Data Management • Billing and Invoicing • Accounts Receivable • Cash Application • Collections • Credit Management • Dispute and Deductions Management • Ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. • Monitor operational performance and proactively address service delivery risks and escalations. • Drive adherence to standard operating procedures and process controls. Revenue & Working Capital Optimization • Drive initiatives to improve: • Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) • Collection Effectiveness Index (CEI) • Cash Flow Performance • Aging Profile Management • Partner with stakeholders to reduce overdue receivables and minimize bad debt exposure. • Monitor credit and collection metrics and recommend actions to improve working capital. Stakeholder & Client Management • Serve as a key point of contact for client and business stakeholders. • Lead governance reviews, operational meetings, and business discussions. • Build strong relationships across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Treasury, Finance, and Controllership teams. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and business performance. People Leadership • Lead and develop teams of Team Leads, Analysts, and Specialists. • Drive performance management, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning activities. • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous learning, and operational excellence. • Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and capability development initiatives. Continuous Improvement & Transformation • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization. • Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on improving efficiency and customer experience. • Lead or support transition, migration, and transformation projects. • Utilize analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Risk, Compliance & Governance • Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and audit requirements. • Support internal and external audits and ensure closure of identified action items. • Implement risk mitigation plans and ensure business continuity readiness. • Monitor compliance with customer contractual commitments and regulatory requirements. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 12 years relevant work experience in OTC; 10+ years supervisory experience
