- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Manage workforce and subcontractors, promoting safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Head office and Operation Manager for project alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: Over 10 years of experience in site management and project execution.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management, communication, reporting, resource management, continuous improvement, and risk management skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in various weather conditions with potential overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.
