● Conduct guided tours and provide engaging information about attractions, landmarks, or destinations.
● Answer questions and address concerns from tourists professionally.
● Ensure the safety and satisfaction of the group during the tour.
● Coordinate with transportation and other service providers for smooth tour operations.
● Research and update knowledge about historical, cultural, and natural sites.
● Manage schedules and keep tours on time.
● Promote respect for local culture, environment, and regulations.
● High school graduate; a degree in Tourism, History, or related fields is an advantage.
● Proven experience as a tour guide or in customer service is preferred.
● Strong communication and storytelling skills in English and Filipino (additional languages are a plus).
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse groups.
● Physically fit and able to walk or stand for extended periods.
● Knowledgeable about local attractions and cultural heritage.
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
