SAFETY SUPERVISOR
Pre-construction Activities
- Responsible in creating safety plan for the project.
- Responsible in creating safety program for DOLE approval prior to application of building permit.
- Coordinate to cost engineer for the safety requirements to be include on general requirements committed cost.
- Identify the potential risk with regards to safety and health and provide mitigation plan.
- Prepare permit forms and other form for the project with regards to safety.
- Setup of workers barracks and perimeter fence with proper safety signage.
Construction Phase
- Promotes safe practices at the job site, perform emergency response drill.
- Conduct Daily Toolbox meeting.
- Conduct daily Inspection at site & barracks to ensure it is a hazard free environment, Input daily activity on daily activity logbook.
- Conduct 8 Hours mandatory training for workers.
- Supervise the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situation.
- Prepare weekly safety report and submit to planning Engineer.
- Prepare monthly report for DOLE.
- Serves as the link between state and local agencies and contractors.
- Supervise security team and conduct inspection to ensure that no unauthorized person inside the property based on master list.
Post Construction
- In charge for preparation of project review (Good Practices and Bad Practices in terms of safety).
- Responsible for demobilization, checking and securing all permit requirements.
- Responsible for equipment pullout and materials pullout requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
- Bachelor' s degree preferably Medical or Engineering Course
- Safety Officer 3 with Advance Training
2. Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as Safety Supervisor.
- Must be willing to assigned to Baquid, Coron Palawan
3. Technical Competencies ("Know-how")
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
