We are open to fresh graduates who want to grow into leadership roles in retail. No prior managerial experience required — full training provided.
Program Overview:
- Rotation in cashiering, sales, and store operations
- Exposure to inventory, documentation, and team coordination
- Leadership and decision-making training
- KPI-based and 360° performance evaluation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (IT or Hospitality graduates with knowledge in IT products are an advantage)
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Willing to undergo training and store assignment
- Customer-focused and responsible
Career Path:
Successful trainees may be appointed as Team Leader or regularized after evaluation.
