Accounting Supervisor

Description - Supervise and coordinate daily accounting operations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to support management in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Oversee bookkeeping, accounting tasks, and account reconciliation processes.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Financial Statements, Financial Analysis, Bookkeeping Accounting, and Account Reconciliation.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime during month-end closing.
