Accounting Supervisor / Senior Accounting Staff Japanese IT Calamba city

This role works under the guidance of our Accounting Manager, taking on hands-on execution across the accounting cycle while receiving mentorship and review from an experienced leader.
Financial statements are prepared internally at the trial balance/management reporting level; final financial statements with full notes and disclosures are prepared by our external auditor (PwC) as part of the statutory audit process.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to multiple areas of accounting beyond AP/AR alone — such as general ledger, trial balance preparation, and month-end/year-end closing
Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting
Familiarity with BIR regulations, tax compliance, and audit processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
Comfortable working hands-on in a lean/small team environment, and open to guidance and mentorship from the Accounting Manager
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
