- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate and clear information about products and services
- Resolve issues promptly; escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Address complaints and offer effective solutions
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics (quality, response time, customer satisfaction

- HS Graduate, Vocational Course or College Graduate
- At least 1 year of experience
