Position:Mandarin control Trainee Company Industry: Biggest Logistics Company Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Friday at 8:30 am-5:30 pm Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000 Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Open to a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Open to no relevant experience or fresh graduates.
- Willing to undergo rotational assignments across various departments as required.
- Willing to conduct field site visits and work in various operational environments as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Track and evaluate designated KPIs, productivity indicators, and operational results.
- Compile business performance updates, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Contribute to projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, service standards, and overall performance.
- Review project outcomes and track the impact of implemented process improvements.
- Provide support for special initiatives through data gathering, presentation preparation, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking.
- Handle additional responsibilities and operational tasks assigned by management, including field or site visits when necessary.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of business operations and how different departments work together.
