Financial Controller
Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp. is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the company's financial and accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting and finance functions of the company.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Lead and supervise the Accounting and Finance Team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA is required.
- At least 10 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Familiarity with BIR, SEC, and Philippine accounting regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Salary
Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
