? Salary: MYR 6,000++ (Hourly Rate + Allowances)
What You’ll Do
- Provide real-time interpretation between English- and Mandarin-speaking individuals.
- Handle voice calls and videocalls across various industries, including education, healthcare, insurance, banking, and more.
- Ensure clear, accurate, and professional communication throughout each call.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive or personal information.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong speaking and listening skills.
- Comfortable working rotational night shifts based on a fixed schedule provided by the Operations Team.
- Able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Comfortable handling sensitive, confidential, or emotionally challenging conversations.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
