LASE Coordinator - WFH (Telecom)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire required right-of-way, easements, and property access for project sites.
- Coordinate with landowners, property developers, homeowners' associations (HOAs), and local government units (LGUs).
- Conduct site visits, property verification, and ownership validation.
- Negotiate access agreements, easements, leases, and compensation with landowners.
- Prepare, process, and maintain right-of-way documentation, contracts, and permits.
- Liaise with government agencies for permits, clearances, and regulatory approvals.
- Resolve land ownership issues, disputes, and access concerns affecting project implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements, permits, and project status.
- Work closely with Engineering, Site Acquisition, Legal, Construction, and Project Management teams.
- Monitor project schedules to ensure right-of-way activities are completed on time.
- Provide regular progress reports and identify risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
