• Verify the authenticity and validity of transactions before payment may applied
• Evaluate the validity and accuracy of the expenses, and completeness of the documents attached to the request for payment form in accordance with the policy of the company and with the principles of accounting
• Checking and allocating the proper costing of various expenses to the appropriate transactions before posting
• Monitor profitability of transactions
• Monitor expenses that do not have related transactions, and transactions with incomplete or no expenses and submit a monthly report
• Prepare monthly and year-end reports of summary and key performance metrics, as agreed with immediate supervisor
• Assist in billing and costing if needed
• Other tasks related to your job that may be asked by your immediate Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Accountancy or any related course
- Knowledge in Logistics and/or Freight Forwarding, a plus
- Computer literate, knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Knowledge in any ERP System is a plus
- Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
