Accounting Specialist

- Maintain financial records and perform daily bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance.
- Support audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members on financial improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in audit, billing, tax reporting, accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and bookkeeping.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain financial statements, ensure accuracy, and manage financial records.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, regular office hours with some overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
