We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Bank Office Staff. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and experienced professionals who want to build a career in banking, financial services, and client relations.
Applicants with sales, customer service, banking, or administrative experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with banking and financial-related inquiries
- Maintain and organize client records and documentation
- Coordinate with bank partners and internal teams
- Support daily office and customer service operations
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Assist in promoting financial products and services when needed
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests and transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates with experience in banking, sales, customer service, or office administration are an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
