Position: Corporate Banking Relationship Agent (CSR)
Industry: IT Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php18,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Graveyard Schedule
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Open for Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates
- At least 1 year of work experience in CSR role is advantage
- Experience working in BPO company is a plus
- Willing to work fully on site at graveyard shift
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions/inquiries via phone call, messages and email
- Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and service requests.
- Verify customer identity and update records securely.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
- Ensures entries are clear, complete, and accurate.
