Credit and Collection Associate

Credit and Collection Advisor plays a critical role in helping organizations manage their credit risk and recover outstanding debts while maintaining a positive relationship with customers. They must balance the need to collect debts with ethical and legal compliance, ensuring fair treatment of debtors throughout the process.
- For Non-Business Course at least 1 Year experience as Credit Investigator or Collector in Motorcycle Financing, Rural Banks, Lending Companies
- Fresh Graduate if Criminology Graduate, Finance Graduate
- A graduate of Criminology, or Any Business-Related Courses
- Must be computer literate with Basic Excel Skills (Specially Filter and Sorting)
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
- With High Integrity, Compassionate, Confidence, Strong work Ethic, Persistent, Resilient
- Ability to drive Motorcycle with Driver's license
- High Physical Stamina and Ability to handle difficult situations
