Rocky Bicycle Repair Shop
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring correct change is provided and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Product Scanning: Scan and bag customer purchases in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring the items are properly accounted for.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area clean and organized, including restocking receipt paper and ensuring a safe and tidy workspace.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, returns, and cash handling.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with handling money and performing basic arithmetic.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately scan items and process transactions without errors.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle light lifting as needed.
- Experience: Previous cashier or retail experience preferred, but not always required.
