HR Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR Manager to execute high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Oversee all core HR facets, from talent development to employee relations and compliance.
- Secure, full-time, direct-hire placement with an immediate start date.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Ensure smooth and effective implementation of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
- Maintain strict compliance with labor standards and ensure consistent application of company policies across the organization.
- Supervise HR administrative workflows and data integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience. (REQUIRED)
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
- Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, sound decision-making capabilities, and a deep understanding of local labor laws.
Location: Pasig City (ONSITE)
Schedule: 5 Days a week | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
