Metacom Careers is hiring an IT Support Specialist for a voice-based technical support account in Pasig! Responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist, you will:
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with technical concerns
- Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, connectivity, and account-related issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures
- Provide clear instructions and technical information to customers
- Assist with device, system, and service-related concerns
- Document reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate support team
- Follow established troubleshooting procedures and security guidelines
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- College Graduate; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No call center or previous IT support experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn technical systems, tools, and troubleshooting procedures
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
