King Emerald Collection Services is a debt collection agency specializing in debt recovery, credit management, sales, and customer service support for financial institutions and telecommunications clients. The company operates with a small but dynamic workforce of approximately 11–50 employees and maintains operations in the Philippines, with a branch located in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
Our headquarters is based in India, enabling us to support a broader international network. A significant portion of our clients are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), and our services are focused on providing reliable, efficient assistance tailored to their financial needs.
The HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting key human resources functions, including employee performance monitoring, recruitment and selection, employee engagement activities, learning and development, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
- Experience as an HR Assistant or HR Staff is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
Recruitment and Selection
- Maintained and updated applicant tracking systems and employee 201 files.
- Supported end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description creation, job posting, candidate screening, onboarding, orientation, training, and offboarding.
- Contributed recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and overall hiring efficiency.
Employee Relations
- Drafted formal communications such as memoranda, Notices to Explain (NTEs), and company-wide announcements.
- Provided guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Addressed and resolved employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitored attendance, identified irregularities, and assisted in implementing disciplinary actions.
- Supported the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems.
- Coordinated directly with senior officers and company managers on HR-related matters.
Learning and Development
- Facilitated onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Developed and implemented training plans tailored to employee roles and organizational needs.
- Assisted in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Others
- Assisted in monitoring employee performance, implementing HR and company policies, processing final pay releases, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
