We are looking for a detail-oriented Government Process Specialist I who will support client transactions with BIR, SEC, LGU, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE.

The role assists in preparing documents, monitoring registrations, amendments, renewals, invoice/official receipt processing, and coordinating with messengers for timely filing and completion.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in government processing or liaison work is an advantage
• Organized, accurate, and able to monitor multiple transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic file management
• Trustworthy in handling confidential client documents

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, and/or Accounting Information Systems.
• Project management skills
• Experience in business setup and registrations, preferably within a corporate or legal environment (preferable but not required)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• In-depth knowledge of business registration procedures, legal requirements, and industry-specific regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and software applications related to business registrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
