Environment Management Officer (Negros Plant)

Job Description
Responsible for conducting laboratory analyses, maintaining laboratory supplies and equipment, and supporting the Environmental Management Unit Head in implementing environmental programs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct influent and effluent wastewater testing and monitoring.
Conducts inventory of chemical reagents, glassware, and other laboratory equipment.
Maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, glassware, and records.
Assist in environmental inspections, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on environmental findings and action plans.
Support EHS meetings and environmental awareness training programs.
Maintain compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
Act as liaison in the absence of the Environmental Management Unit Head.
Graduate of BS Chemical Engineer, BS Chemistry, or any related course.
Must have Chemical Technician license.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably with Basic PCO Training.
Knowledge of environmental laws, wastewater treatment, and water/wastewater testing methods.
Good communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct inspections, investigations, and prepare reports
Familiarity with manufacturing/industrial EHS and security practices is an advantage.
