Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle airline ticket booking and issuance (domestic and international)
- Arrange hotel accommodations, tour packages, and transportation services
- Assist clients with visa requirements and travel documentation
- Prepare travel itineraries and quotations based on client needs
- Provide travel consultation and recommend suitable destinations and packages
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour suppliers
- Manage rebooking, cancellations, and refunds
- Ensure all bookings are accurate, complete, and processed on time
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in travel and tours industry
- Strong knowledge in ticketing, reservations, and travel arrangements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Familiar with international travel requirements and visa processing
