Position: Spanish Speaking Customer Support
Company Industry: IT - BPO Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 50,000 gross - Php 60,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting/Nightshift
Work set-up: Work Onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English
- Provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding with Electric vehicles (EVs) or automotive inquiry
- Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other related tasks needed

- Open to High School, College graduate, undergraduate, or vocational courses
- With at least 1 year and above Customer Service experience
- Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
