BGC, Taguig | Onsite
Salary Package: Up to ₱50,000
About the Role:
Join our growing team as a Voice CSR handling an international Retirement Account . You will assist customers with inquiries related to retirement plans, account updates, billing concerns, and financial service support while delivering excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (old curriculum), Senior High Graduate , or at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
- With Banking, Financial, Billing, or Insurance experience (required)
- Strong communication , analytical , and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig (BGC)
- Willing to work night shift schedule
- Amenable to handle international voice calls
