Salary: ₱17,000 – ₱20,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Fulfillment & Data Specialist to join our team and support our order processing, data management, and fulfillment operations.
Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment & Data Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders, validating customer and order information, monitoring delivery status, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams and courier partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and within the required SLA.
- Validate customer details, payment status, delivery address, contact information, and order requirements before processing.
- Encode and process orders using Odoo, portals, and other company systems.
- Send e-receipts, product instructions, tracking updates, and customer notifications.
- Monitor pending orders, delivery progress, tracking visibility, OFD updates, delivered orders, and potential RTS cases.
- Update order stages, notes, tags, and tracking information accurately.
- Coordinate with sellers, fulfillment teams, courier partners, and internal departments regarding order concerns.
- Escalate incomplete information, delayed deliveries, customer concerns, and operational risks within the required timeline.
- Maintain accurate records and support daily and weekly operational reporting.
- Ensure accountability, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least College Level or graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Computer-related courses, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in order processing, customer service, logistics, e-commerce operations, data encoding, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in using online systems, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and order management tools.
- Experience with Odoo and portal-based processing is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong data validation and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under deadlines and SLA-driven environments.
- Can handle repetitive operational tasks with accuracy and consistency.
