Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be the primary point of contact for all marketing-related needs of the business. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative, analytical, and organizational skills to effectively manage the business’s marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify new marketing opportunities to grow the business and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Content Creation and Management
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals for marketing campaigns.
Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive revenue.
- Develop customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and follow-up communication.
Event Management
- Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and other relevant events.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
