Marketing Manager

EMN Integra Inc (Hatasu E-Bike) is a leading manufacturer and seller of electric bikes. We are passionate about innovation, sustainability, and delivering top-quality e-bikes to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads) and offline channels
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities
- Lead and coordinate marketing team, agencies, and partners for campaigns and events
- Plan and manage marketing budgets; track ROI and report results to management
- Organize product launches, trade shows, and promotional events
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-bike/automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and campaign management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing metrics and ROI
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand building
