Sales and Marketing Manager — Power Solution (EV Charging)

Description
The Sales and Marketing Manager for Power Solution (EV Charging) is responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing strategies of the company's EV Charging division. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's EV charging products and solutions to various industries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the division's revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and markets for EV charging solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, client presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, up to closing of deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, developers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration of the company's EV charging products.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content related to EV charging solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for product launches, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats in the EV charging market.
- Manage the company's online presence and social media channels related to the Power Solution division.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team of the Power Solution division.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations of team members.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Maintain a strong understanding of EV charging technologies, products, and industry standards.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and appropriate product recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on government regulations, incentives, and policies related to EV adoption in the Philippines, including the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the energy, electrical, or EV charging industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of EV charging systems, power solutions, or related products is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willing to do field work and travel as needed.
- Driver's license is an advantage.
