- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including FDA requirements
- Answer patient questions regarding medications and general inquiries
- Handle client transactions, including payments and prescriptions
- Manage front desk reception duties and serving as the first point of contact for patients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
