- Resolve customer issues in an efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain records of interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve processes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities in English, and experience in a call center environment
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
