- Support the sales team by engaging with customers and promoting current promotions and offers.
- Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and quality assurance.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Call center experience is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of sales pipeline management.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
