Description - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Oversee recruitment, talent management, and succession planning to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage risk associated with employee relations.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, advising on HR-related issues to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Expertise in labor law and employee relations; excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders; high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel required for conferences and meetings.
