Client Profile: A leading global manufacturing and distributor company of sauces for more than 35 years in Industry.
Position: Sales Admin (With Transportation Allowance)
Industry: Food industry, manufacturing and distribution
Location: Western Bicutan, Taguig City
Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:30AM – 4:30PM)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in administrative and sales role.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft excel, Powerpoint & MS word.
- Willing to work fully on site.
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the key liaison between the NCR sales team and other departments to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs.
- Keep customer records, price lists, contracts, and sales documents accurate and up-to-date.
- Track and analyze sales performance, preparing insightful reports for management.
- Support the Assistant Manager with projects and tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare daily order forms and organize essential documents to keep workflows seamless.
