Systems Specialist (SAP FICO) - Quezon City

Reporting to Systems Dev Manager Ideal candidate from Accenture Role Overview The Systems Specialist – SAP FICO is responsible for investigating, analyzing, planning, and coordinating SAP Financial (FI) and Controlling (CO) module applications across the organization. This role covers the development of new applications as well as maintenance, support, and upgrades to existing systems, ensuring business processes are effectively supported through technology. Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP FI and CO modules in IMG based on business requirements.
• Identify and recommend improvement opportunities in business systems and processes.
• Participate in the testing process to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation, and user experience.
• Provide advanced technical assistance and maintenance support to departmental end users.
• Deliver instruction and training to users and employees on day-to-day SAP procedures.
• Cooperate with functional and development teams on integrated data processing operations.
• Participate in implementing SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant SAP technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 3–4 years’ experience in SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Cost/Profit Centers, and Treasury.
• 2 years’ experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and Business Warehousing (BW reporting; )1 year in SAP BPC or similar budgeting tools.
• 2 years’ experience with FI integration to other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, SAP functionalities, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
