Solver is seeking an Implementation Enablement Specialist (Technical) to join our growing team. This is an internal build role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining standardized integrations and data connectors that power Solver’s industry vertical solutions.
You will own the integration layer, connecting industry-specific data sources to Solver’s Data Warehouse and ensuring accurate, reliable, and scalable data flow across implementations. This role requires strong technical expertise, independent judgment, and collaboration across Product, Sales, and Services teams.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Integration Development & Data Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain data connectors and integrations across industry-specific systems
- Apply SQL and data modeling best practices to ensure scalable and reliable data architecture
- Develop scripts, transformations, and integration logic for accurate data movement
Data Quality & Optimization
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and integration issues
- Monitor and enhance deployed integrations as systems and requirements evolve
Technical Standards & Documentation
- Define and maintain integration standards for consistency and scalability
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including data mapping and configuration guides
- Lead QA and testing processes including validation and deployment readiness
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with Product, Sales, Services, and Functional teams to align on integration requirements
- Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and partners
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in data integration, data engineering, or related technical roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL), data modeling, and ETL concepts
- Experience working with cloud and data platforms (Azure, Synapse, Snowflake, etc.)
- Knowledge of APIs, ERP systems, and data warehouse architectures
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and technical communication skills
- Ability to work independently on complex technical initiatives
