We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales professional to join us in a full-time capacity based in Taguig City, Metro Manila . Your experience in talking with customers is required. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business development initiatives and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and closing deals that contribute to the company's growth objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career.Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and engagement
Conduct product and service presentations tailored to client needs and business objectives
Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to potential clients
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery
What we're looking for
Proven track record in new business development or sales roles within a professional services or B2B environment
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritise leads and achieve sales targets
Self-motivated and results-driven approach with resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage client relationships and track performance
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field is preferred
Experience in the technology, consulting or professional services sectors is advantageous
