JustSimply Marketing (JSM) is a fast-scaling, fully remote digital marketing agency based in Ontario, Canada. We help personal brands across the US and Canada (coaches, speakers, consultants and experts) build, grow and monetize their online brands, from content and funnels to launches of info products and high-ticket programs. We have worked with creators like Danny Singson, Dr. Nae and Shaun T.
THE ROLEYou own sales revenue at JSM. You report to the COO and lead the Sales Managers, who run our Lead Generation Specialists, DM/Callers, High-Ticket Reps and Closers.
You sit between Sales and Marketing. You align with the Marketing Director on offers, messaging and campaigns, and you own the dashboards that show what every client's sales effort returns.

Lead and mentor Sales Managers and Specialists.

Track dashboards and ROI per client; report to leadership.
Enforce speed-to-lead and CRM discipline across every rep.
5+ years in sales, preferably in leadership.
Proven sales of info products, coaching programs or high-ticket services.
Working knowledge of email/SMS nurture, funnels and digital offer positioning.
Strong in GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, Slack and Monday.com.
ManyChat experience is a plus.
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up reporting, scripts and follow-up.
Every client's sales effort has a live dashboard with ROI tracked.
Monthly revenue targets met or beaten across client programs [confirm].
Leads contacted within 5 minutes of opt-in [confirm].
Every Sales Manager has weekly call reviews and a clear quota [confirm].
Leadership receives a sales report every week [confirm].
Fully remote. Open to candidates in Canada, India, Europe and the Philippines. Hours are 6:00 AM–2:00 PM EST (6:00 PM–2:00 AM PHT), Monday to Friday, plus pre-scheduled weekend hours around campaigns. Launch weeks are intense.
