About the company
We work with Australian e-commerce brands that live and die by their creative. The lead brand is an irreverent Australian golf apparel company selling in Australia and the US. It doesn't take golf too seriously, and its content shouldn't either. It sells through Shopify and grows through Meta ads, organic social and email.
We are building a bench of the best AI video creators in the Philippines. The right person makes scroll-stopping ads that sell, and funny AI videos that people share.
About the role
You are an AI video editor and creative producer, working at a very high level. You take a product, a brief or a rough idea, and turn it into finished video: from the concept and script, through AI generation, to the final edit with sound, captions and voice.
Your work falls into two streams.
- Paid ads. AI video and static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram. Product ads, UGC-style ads, strong hooks, and fast variations for testing. You understand what makes an e-commerce ad convert, not just look good.
- Viral organic content. Funny, absurd, meme-style AI videos for Instagram, TikTok and Reels. Think impossible golf holes that look like real course photography, or a margarita mixed in a concrete mixer at a Mexican hacienda. Content people send to their mates.
You stay on top of new AI video models as they launch. You know which one to use for which shot, how to keep a product or character consistent across clips, and how to make AI footage look real.
What you will be doing
- Concepts. Pitching ad angles, hooks and viral ideas, and writing short scripts and shot lists.
- AI generation. Creating video and images with the leading AI models and platforms, choosing the right tool for each shot.
- Product accuracy. Keeping products (hats, polos, gloves, bags) true to the real thing across every clip.
- Character consistency. Keeping recurring characters and mascots on model across scenes.
- Editing. Finishing every video in CapCut or Premiere Pro with pacing, sound design, music, captions and AI voiceover.
- Ad variations. Producing multiple hooks, lengths and formats (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) for every ad so we can test.
- Trends. Watching what is going viral and turning it into on-brand content fast.
- Staying current. Testing new AI video tools as they launch and sharing what works.
What you need
- An extensive portfolio of AI video work you created yourself, including e-commerce ad creatives and viral or meme-style AI videos.
- Proof that your work performs: view counts on your own posts, ad results (spend, ROAS, hook rate or CTR) where you can share them, and the brands or agencies you have made AI creative for.
- Hands-on, current experience with the leading AI video models: Kling, Veo, Sora, Runway and Seedance.
- Hands-on experience with Higgsfield and Arcads.
- Strong editing skills in CapCut or Premiere Pro, and AI voice work in ElevenLabs.
- A sense of humour and a feel for internet culture. You know why something is funny and why it spreads.
- An understanding of Meta ad formats and what makes a hook work in the first two seconds.
- Strong written English for scripts, captions and on-screen text.
- Reliable fast internet with a backup connection and backup power, and a computer that handles 4K editing.
Nice to have
- AI image tools: Midjourney, Nano Banana, GPT Image, Lovart.
- Motion graphics in After Effects.
- Experience with golf, sport, apparel or lifestyle brands.
- Experience creating for US and Australian audiences.
- Knowledge of Meta's rules on AI-generated ads, and of how to avoid using real people's likenesses without permission.
- Static ad design in Photoshop or Canva.
Hours
- Full time (40 hours a week) preferred. Part time (20 hours or more) considered for the right person.
- Monday to Friday, with at least 4 hours a day overlapping Adelaide business hours.

- We provide accounts on our main AI platforms. You are welcome to use your own subscriptions for anything extra.
