Role Summary
IDEA Venture Studio is looking for a highly creative and dependable Video & Graphic Designer who can serve as a dedicated visual resource for our growing brands, primarily supporting PawPay and PetCoverage.ai .
We are seeking someone with strong experience in Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing, branding, and social media design. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and capable of producing polished, conversion-focused creatives with minimal supervision.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a startup environment, understands modern digital trends, and can consistently deliver high-quality visuals that support marketing, SaaS campaigns, branding, and online growth initiatives across multiple brands.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-quality creatives for:
- Social media platforms
- Branding materials
- Marketing campaigns
- Landing pages and websites
- Digital advertisements
- Email campaigns
- Promotional materials
- Create engaging video content, including:
- Promotional videos
- Short-form social media reels/clips
- Brand storytelling videos
- Product showcases
- Motion graphics and animations
- Edit and enhance raw footage for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
- Develop visually compelling branding and social media assets aligned with company identity
- Maintain brand consistency across IDEA Venture Studio brands, especially PawPay and PetCoverage.ai
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
- Support fast-turnaround creative requests during US business hours
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who is:
- 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Canva and Adobe-based projects
- Social media creatives
- Branding work
- Video editing and motion graphics
- Marketing-focused visuals
- Strong proficiency in:
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Other modern creative tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Branding and social media design
- Visual storytelling
- Conversion-focused marketing creatives
- Modern social media trends and content formats
- Ability to work independently and proactively during graveyard shifts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with startups, SaaS companies, or digital brands is highly preferred
- Experience handling SaaS or Medical-related marketing campaigns is a strong advantage
- Motion graphics and animation experience is highly preferred
