Foreign Exchange Account Officer (Makati/Cebu/Davao)

Location: Makati, Cebu, Davao
Industry: Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned client accounts and drive business growth by developing new opportunities and prospective clients.
- Promote and present FX products and services while recommending solutions aligned with client needs.
- Handle FX transactions, including pricing discussions, order booking, and trade coordination.
- Build strong client relationships by providing timely support, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent service.
- Monitor sales activities and work with internal teams to ensure accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and smooth service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or a related industry.
- Experience in account management, business development, or client relationship management is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of financial products and services, with strong attention to compliance and customer service.
