Center-in-Charge

Executive Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a a specialized AI-powered health screening center. Our client is looking for an Center-in-Charge . This job offers an onsite arrangement (6x in a week) located in Mandaluyong.

• Create a growth strategy for the center in coordination with Business Head.
• Provide requisite support to Sales and Marketing team in order to increase center revenue.
• Ensure guests are provided with the best quality of services and ensure guest delight
• Ensure the tests are conducted effectively and to the satisfaction of the guest.
• Resolve guest grievances, capture and maintain positive customer feedback, ensure improvements based on the feedback received.
• Ensure safe delivery of guest care services, ensure safety of guests as well as staff.
• Ensure uninterrupted resource availability and make alternate arrangements as per the need of the center.
• Maintain the centers financial accounts and sending periodic MIS reports to the Head Office.
• Maintain overall centre responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the center.
• Manage the centre ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the organisation.
• Ensuring that the team understands that the centre's profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities- including relationships and risk management.
• Meet targets and those of the team as a whole.
• Contribute to training and development of the team.
• Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for centre activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
• Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.
• Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.
• Supervise the centers operational activities.
• Oversee security and surveillance of the center.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to policies like work hours, dress code and leave.
• Provide approvals for center specific purchase orders and vendor payments.
• Present an ROI and Create budget for upcoming as well as ongoing activities for the center, in consultation with General Manager & Medical Director at the beginning of the year.
• Revisit the budget on quarterly basis to ascertain planned v/s actual utilization of the budget.
