Your impact

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital engineering delivery for large‑scale hyperscale data center projects. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and enforcing BIM standards, protocols, and workflows, while overseeing the development, coordination, and management of detailed 3D models (LOD 300–400) across Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS disciplines.

You will play a critical role in ensuring model accuracy, quality, and compliance by leading clash detection and coordination processes, managing the Common Data Environment (CDE), and enabling accurate quantity take‑offs and data extraction to support project planning and construction.

This position requires strong technical expertise in MEP systems for mission‑critical facilities, as well as the ability to lead and coordinate BIM activities among design consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure constructible, coordinated, and standards‑compliant project delivery.

Additionally your key responsibilities are;

• Establish BIM standards and templates; monitor adherence across projects.
• Collaborate with BIM designers, architects, engineers, IT and clients to improve practices.
• Set processes for clash management, software updates and troubleshooting; lead coordination meetings.
• Provide training and mentorship in BIM best practices; manage common data environments (CDE).

Here's what you'll need

• With a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture with MEP/Revit background.
• Significant years of experience in BIM management; 
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Bluebeam and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, local BIM standards and data-centre delivery requirements.
• Experience integrating models into federated systems and governing data quality.
• Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship and with various stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead a diverse team to achieve a common goal.
