QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows environments, basic networking, and system administration
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily IT operations, including systems, networks, and hardware
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, reliability, and security
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and procurement
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user access controls
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist in planning and executing IT upgrades, system improvements, and new technology rollouts
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures are in place
- Support business applications and internal systems used by various departments
- Provide basic training and guidance to employees on IT tools and systems
