Customer Outreach & Sales Representative
Industry: Plowing & Landscaping
Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Outreach & Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, perform basic administrative tasks, generate leads, and promote our landscaping and plowing services. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, customer-focused, and comfortable with outreach and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Research and identify potential clients online
- Conduct outreach and cold calling to prospective customers
- Promote and upsell landscaping and plowing services
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records
- Perform basic computer and data entry tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting outreach
- Basic computer skills (email, internet research, data entry, MS Office)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
Preferred:
- Experience in landscaping, home services, construction, or related industries
- Cold calling and lead generation experience
