Sales Development Representative (Officer-Based set-up)

We are seeking a fearless and creative Sales Business Development to join our client-centric technology and equipment sales team. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on closing deals and building long-term business relationships. You think and act like an entrepreneur—constantly innovating, driving positive change, and finding solutions to customer challenges. You’re passionate about personal and professional growth and genuinely enjoy helping clients succeed. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain an expanding customer base focused on selling technology products and services to businesses. Sell a wide range of products, including new and refurbished computers, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, telecommunications systems, and peripherals, as well as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services. Build extensive knowledge of our products to better understand and meet client needs. Develop, build, and maintain strong, sustainable client relationships. Gather and analyze client information to confidently recommend appropriate solutions. Follow up regularly with clients to nurture relationships and drive repeat business. Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities. Provide professional consultation on company products and services. Consistently meet and exceed profit, productivity, and performance goals. Experience & Qualifications Outbound sales experience: preferred Technology or telecommunications industry background: preferred Proven ability to create and deliver persuasive sales presentations 3+ years of sales experience (preferred) 3+ years of customer service experience (preferred) Education: Associate degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience Required Skills & Attributes A great sense of humor and a positive attitude Strong team player who can also thrive independently Hardworking, adaptable, and resourceful problem solver Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Embraces learning, change, and multitasking Creative, innovative, energetic, and curious Acts with integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions Proficient in basic office tools — Microsoft Office Suite, email, phones, and general computer systems Why apply with us?
