Sales Development Representative (Officer-Based set-up)

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain an expanding customer base focused on selling technology products and services to businesses. Sell a wide range of products, including new and refurbished computers, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, telecommunications systems, and peripherals, as well as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services. Build extensive knowledge of our products to better understand and meet client needs. Develop, build, and maintain strong, sustainable client relationships. Gather and analyze client information to confidently recommend appropriate solutions. Follow up regularly with clients to nurture relationships and drive repeat business. Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities. Provide professional consultation on company products and services. Consistently meet and exceed profit, productivity, and performance goals.
