Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy in dealing with customers
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
