The general duties and responsibilities of the KAS are outlined below. The specific levels of competency required for the position are defined in the – Key Accounts Competency Matrix
A. Contribution to Company Strategy and Innovation Responsibility

D. Market Development Responsibility
E. Customer Business Plan Implementation Responsibility
F. Customer Focused Retail Selling Responsibility
G. Key Account Management
H. Resource Management Responsibility
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
- College Graduate of a 4-year course in a reputable school.
MINIMUM JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:
- 1 to 2 yrs. Experience in retail and direct selling in a consumer company,
- Has been a Salesperson or Key Account Specialist for at least 1 year
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Ability to handle multiple sales projects/programs simultaneously
- Good understanding and a strong appreciation of the fundamentals of consumer marketing.
- Good in people skills/relationship building.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good driving skills
- A team player
- Willing to be assigned nationwide
- Key Accounts Competency
- Distribution Management experience is a plus
