MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

• College Graduate of a 4-year course in a reputable school.

MINIMUM JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:

• 1 to 2 yrs. Experience in retail and direct selling in a consumer company,
• Has been a Salesperson or Key Account Specialist for at least 1 year

OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Ability to handle multiple sales projects/programs simultaneously
• Good understanding and a strong appreciation of the fundamentals of consumer marketing.
• Good in people skills/relationship building.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good driving skills
• A team player
• Willing to be assigned nationwide

• Distribution Management experience is a plus
