Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities - Develop and execute social media plans that boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and schedule daily content—posts, images, and short videos—for various platforms.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success and guide improvements.
- Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistent posting across channels.
- Work with other departments—like marketing, design, and customer support—to align messaging.
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep strategies relevant.
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications, or related field—or hands-on experience managing social media.
- Proficiency in major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content scheduling tools.
- Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging posts and visuals.
- Basic video editing ability for short-form content (e.g., Reels) preferred.
- Comfortable tracking metrics (like likes, shares) and using insights to improve posts.
